I ordered cut stack 750 with some pins and when they were shipped they weren't packaged properly. There was no internal packaging for safety and security. I started a ticket and explained what had happened. The response was quick to my ticket. I explained the cost wasn't too bad so I would just eat it and move on. I was more concerned about safety and security than cost or replacement. Mass immediately said he would cover the cost to replace the cut stack and the pins, plus cover the shipping. I was very surprised and extremely happy with how fast he came to a resolution. I placed another order and met him half way. He replaced the damaged items and I covered the shipping with the additional order. Good business goes both ways. Very happy with this company and their customer service. Thank you!
