GENERAL INFO:

Primoplex 25 is an almost pure anabolic with an extremely low androgenic component. The ratio of the anabolic to the androgenic effect is indeed very favorable but, since the overall anabolic effect is only moderately strong, Primoplex 25 have only a limited effect in building up muscle mass and strength. With this steroid neither fast weight gains nor explosive strength gains occur. It is therefore mostly taken over a prolonged period since it gives only a slow but also a high-quality muscle gain which mostly remains after use of the compound is discontinued. Methenolone Acetate is an excellent oral steroid drug. Unlike most other orals, it is not 17-alkylated and does not have liver toxicity problems.

All else being equal, Primoplex 25 (Methenolone Acetate) is an excellent oral steroid drug. Unlike most other orals, it is not 17-alkylated and does not have liver toxicity problems. It is perhaps only half as potent by the oral route as by injection, so dosages need to be high, at least 100 and preferably 200-300 mg per day, but if that can be afforded it is an excellent drug. It is unusual among oral steroids as being Class I, binding well to the androgen receptor.
Primoplex is a well-known and popular steroid as well. Like nandrolone it's most often used as a base compound for stacking with other steroids. Primoplex 25 however, is a DHT-based steroid (actually, DHB or dihydroboldenone, the 5-alpha reduced of the milder boldenon). Meaning when it interacts with the aromatase enzyme it does not form estrogens at all. That makes it ideal for use when cutting when excess estrogen is best avoided because of its retentive effects on water and fat. Primoplex 25 is mostly only used in such instances, or by people who are very succeptible to estrogenic side-effects, because the anabolic activity of Primoplex 25 is slightly lower than that of nandrolone, quite likely BECAUSE it is non-estrogenic.
Like nandrolone, Primoplex 25 is very mild on the system. Probably the reason why both are strongly favored as base compounds in stacks. Primoplex 25 has no estrogenic side-effects whatsoever, on account of its structure. Its effects on the cholesterol levels are barely noticeable. In doses of 200 mg or less (injectable) blood pressure is rarely, if at all, altered. As for hepatoxicity, long-term use will of course increase liver values but gradually and only slightly. The injections of course, since they only pass the liver once, have roughly half the liver-toxic effects of the tabs. The low liver-toxicity is accounted for that the bio-availability of Primoplex 25 is carried by a 1-methyl-group, which lessens the need for a carrier attachment such as a 17-alpha-akylated group, the main culprit in steroid-related liver afflictions.
The strangest thing however, taking into account that Primo is still a DHT (or rather DHB) derivative, is that it is quite easy on the system androgenically as well. Women use Primoplex 25 often, usually the tabs, and find little virilisation symptoms in short term use of Primoplex 25. Long-term use may induce some acne and a deepening of the voice however. Primoplex 25 is also not overly suppressive of the HPT axis (endocrinal axis for the production of natural testosterone). These are both the result of DHB's 1,2-double bond, which, analog to the parent structure boldenone, reduces the androgenic binding by 50% as opposed to DHT.
For athletes who wish to maintain a "natural" status in competition, the tablets are quite well-suited as detection chances for the acetate-form are quite slim. However tests have improved and quite a number of metabolites 1 of Primoplex 25 can be detected with a simple urine sample. But an English study documented that there is a liability in eating Primoplex 25 contaminated meats, which could provide a possible defense if found out. One could always claim they ate the meat of a chicken or cow injected with Primoplex 25 since the test concluded eating such meat does not improve performance, but can deliver positive tests for several Primoplex 25 metabolites almost 24 hours after ingestion. That's for those of you seeking a viable defense against a possible Primoplex 25 - positive.

HOW DOES IT WORK:

In addition, as this steroid can actually aid in reducing breast tumors, no ancillary products need be considered for use with Primoplex 25, and in fact, it may actually be a useful ancillary agent in it?s own right, similar to Mastaplex. Also, just like Mastaplex, Primoplex 25 has no propensity to aromatize (convert to estrogen). Since it doesn?t aromatize, alot of the side effects commonly associated with estrogen will not be of concern. This means water retention, acne, and gyno will be non-existent more or less. this lack of water retention combined with the slow and steady gains provided by Primo may help to explain why it has earned a reputation for creating quality muscle gains. This also helps to explain why it is so expensive. Although estrogenic sides are not a concern, hair loss still, remains a very real concern with Primoplex 25, as with many DHT-Derived steroids. Many Primoplex 25 fans always include Finasteride and Ketoconazole (shampoo) in cycles containing Primoplex 25.
Primoplex 25 is a very unique steroid, as it is one of the few that comes in both an oral as well as an injectable version. I suppose Stanaplex (Stanozolol) does also, but Primoplex 25 actually has a different ester on the oral (acetate ) and injectable (Enanthate) versions. The oral version is one of the more interesting oral compounds I?ve looked into. For starters, it?s one of the few compounds available to athletes and bodybuilders which is both oral as well as non-17-alpha-alkylation. This alteration is (as I?m sure you remember from other stuff I?ve written) what generally makes oral steroids survive their first pass through your liver, but also makes them Hepatoxic (Liver toxic). Well... oral Primo doesn?t have this feature, so it is very mild on your liver (actually it basically isn?t liver toxic at all), but also is largely destroyed by it, since 17 beta estrification and 1 alkylation is the method used to make this stuff orally available. You?ll need to take a lot of this stuff for it to be effective... 100mgs/day of the oral version is a safe estimate for reasonable gains for women, you could get away with less; perhaps 25mgs/day. Even though the acetate ester has a 2-3 day active life, your liver will do some damage to oral primo, so every day dosing will still be necessary.
When men were given a 30-45mg dose of the oral version of Primo, they experienced a 15-65% decrease in gonadotropin levels (9). Remember, I said 100mgs is a good dose for gains... well, you?ll also reduce your gonadotropin levels considerably. I have personally never understood why people recommend either oral or injectable Primoplex 25 as a possible bridging compound for this reason... maybe at a too-low-to-do-anything dose of 10mgs it could be used as a bridge. And forget about using injectable Primo to bridge.

SIDE EFFECTS:

Side effects of steroids depend directly on the dosage.
There are many bodybuilders who take more steroids than they need to see the desired results.
There is no need to take five tablets or injections when one is just as effective.
So, the balance is needed to be kept here.
Side effects in general are usually not much of a problem with Primoplex 25. There is a chance to notice a few residual androgenic effects such as oily skin, acne, increased facial/body hair growth or an aggravation of male pattern baldness condition. Primoplex 25 is still very mild however, and such problems are typically dose related. Women will in fact find this preparation mild enough to use in most cases, observing it to be a very comfortable and effective anabolic. If both the oral and injectable were available for purchase, the faster acting oral should probably be given preference however. This is simply due to the fact that blood hormone levels are more difficult to control with a slow acting injectable, the user also having to wait many days for steroid levels to diminish if side effects become noticeable. Overall, Primoplex 25 is actually considered to be one of the safest anabolic steroids available.

STACKING AND USAGE:

The orals are taking every day, or multiple times a day. An oral passes through the liver twice. An injectable only once. The injectable is more effective since less is broken down.
Primoplex 25 is not used all that often by experienced users. It makes a good product as an alternative to Deca or EQ in a cutting stack, because it has similar properties but does not aromatize and does not have progestagenic activity. But those at least slightly versed will prefer boldenone over Primoplex 25 as its more potent gram for gram. Its quite mild, so its not as prone to cause your standard side-effects. This too makes it quite popular with beginners. Primoplex 25 was quite popular during the 70's in stacks with Methandrostenolone. Some of the all-time greats of bodybuilding were quite fond of this stack.
Although Primoplex 25 is a quality steroid, as said it is rather week. Also due to the fact that it contains (in injectable form) an enanthate ester, anything under 400mg per week is rather a pointless use of Primo and a waste of money. Generally with AS, more does not always mean better (due to side-effects and other issues), however in the case of Primo more does definitely equal better. If stacking Primo with testosterone, 400-800mg per week will be an effective dose, with obviously the higher doses being the most effective. Primo will have two main effects in such a stack. Firstly it will seem to amplify the effects of test, so 500mg of test enanthate may seem like 750mg or more. Secondly, Primo is very forgiving with one's diet. Quality muscle can still be obtained at a steady rate even with one's diet being off from time to time. However, with a spot-on diet, Primo and test will work wonders.
For those who would want to use Primo on its own or without test, you would really need to use a minimum of 600-800mg per week. If you can afford it, 1000mg per week of Primo will highly reward the user. Some people often ask about using Primo with Trenbolone. This can be done, however without test one must realise that you are likely to be quite shut down, and it is likely you would need some sex medicines as well as HCG. Despite this, for those that want a test-less cycle, Primo and Tren is a great cutting cycle. My ultimate cutting cycle however is one that incorporates Primo, Test Prop and Tren Acetate. Another very good cutting cycle that is test-free would be Primo (600-1000mg per week) with Oxandroplex - Anavar (Oxandrolone) (60-80mg per day).
